Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Coordinator to join our team at My People Solutions Recruitment & Labour Hire Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for rostering nurses and care workers to regular and short notice shifts, building engaging and trusted relationships with clients, and managing daily and weekly shift rostering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, permanent and casual workers.
- Manage daily and weekly shift rostering of nurses and care workers.
- Identify and reallocate staff resources as needed.
- Keep workforce and scheduling database current and up to date.
- Monitor nurses and care worker compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment teams.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in agency-based casual workforce scheduling and rostering, preferably in the healthcare sector. They will be highly organized, have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be able to utilize and update staff scheduling database to gain maximum value.
Benefits:
