Our organization seeks a skilled professional to lead our team in Perth.

The role focuses on empowering individuals living with alcohol or drug dependency to enjoy their lives.

We provide education and support to family members and healthcare professionals, and refer tailored services to those in need.

This position oversees the development and delivery of activities within our services, including strategic planning, service development, and DAWN program implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring services delivered in accordance with contract specifications and promoting cooperation and partnerships with other services and agencies.

They will also contribute to the development of our Strategic Plan and implement selected DAWN programs in accordance with our annual Operational Plan.

A tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy is required, along with experience in AOD.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate effectiveness in service planning, development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as strong operational skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in AOD
