Network Leadership Role
The Network Manager will lead the Drug and Alcohol Withdrawal Network (DAWN) team in Perth, Western Australia.
Increase collaboration and partnerships with other services and agencies to support individualized approaches to working with individuals who have drug use, substance misuse, and mental health-related problems.
Support community initiatives addressing alcohol and other drug problems.
Develop and maintain a framework for the identification, selection, prioritization, implementation, and evaluation of DAWN activities.
Provide operational input into the Social Outreach Strategic Plan.
Implement selected DAWN programs in accordance with the annual Operational Plan.
To succeed, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy, along with AOD experience. As a manager, you will demonstrate effectiveness in service planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and strong management skills. You will have a significant depth of understanding and experience working with communities to develop social capital.
