Responsibilities- Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care.
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA without restrictions.
- 2+ years of oncology experience (desirable).
- Experience administering infusions.
- Antineoplastic Drug Administration qualification (desirable).
