Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care.
  • Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care.
  • Attend regular meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA without restrictions.
  • 2+ years of oncology experience (desirable).
  • Experience administering infusions.
  • Antineoplastic Drug Administration qualification (desirable).
