Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinical nurse specialist to join our dynamic team at South West 4.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to work in a full-time or part-time capacity (0.6 EFT minimum) as a clinical nurse specialist on South West 4 at Dandenong Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:

As a clinical nurse specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients with general medicine conditions.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in acute hospital settings, particularly in general medicine
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to deliver patient-centred care with compassion and professionalism
