Reliability Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Leader to drive the delivery of complex projects in partnership with our SRE, Observability, and Monitoring teams.

You will be responsible for leading the definition of reliability data gathering and corresponding SLO/SLA goals. You will work closely with engineering teams and leaders to partner on technical discussions, including technical tradeoffs and resolving blockers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining specific systems programs and creating a plan of action for realising those programs.
  • Partnering with engineers and architects to make progress on technical problems.
  • Managing complex dependencies and projects with a broad scope across the company.

Requirements include:

  • Recent relevant experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager or from similar positions leading software teams.
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing project schedules, managing risks and dependencies.
  • Experience influencing architecture or technical design leveraging your technical expertise.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
