Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Office Manager to join our team in Horsley Park. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining schedules and planning events for the FC, including coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Conducting clerical duties such as filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations using graphics and internal information.
  • Compiling team goals and tracking key deliverables, with follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Purchasing site office requirements and supporting calendar management for general manager and leadership team.
  • Attending leadership meetings and taking notes/action items, as well as scheduling cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with internal communications for associates and leadership across multiple platforms.
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities within the FC, thinking ahead and managing time effectively.
  • Closely coordinating with Workforce Management, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the FC.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various constituent groups.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and overtime as needed.
