About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team in Horsley Park. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management process.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing non-inventory goods, including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all units are off-loaded and accurately stowed
  • Organizing shipping supplies
  • Receiving goods into Coupa (Amazon Purchasing System)
  • Performing weekly cycle counts using Amazon Purchasing System
  • Delivering shipping supplies/consumables to relevant departments
  • Assisting Procurement Analysts with shipping supplies stock management
  • Couching associates on safe working practices

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school or equivalent diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • The ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
