**Resource Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to support our project delivery teams.

This role will involve ensuring the availability of adequate and competent human, project, and technical resources to meet client expectations and contracts.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate activities and resources for projects impacting multiple departments, systems, and workflows with low to moderate risk complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and maintain resource utilization and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assign resources to meet project requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource schedules
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and realisation targets
  • Contribute to achieving utilisation team targets by actively managing and maintaining resource schedules
  • Manage resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities
