Job Title: Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Automotive Refinisher.

About the Role:
  • Mix and match colours to ensure precise vehicle painting.
  • Build and maintain an extensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements and paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to perfection.
  • Handle vehicles with care and attention.
  • Notate any extra paint work required not quoted for.
  • Report old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager.
  • Clean work bays and workshop areas.
  • Coach apprentices when required.
