Automotive Refinisher Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team, responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match paint colours on prepared vehicles according to schedule.
  • Develop and maintain a colour palette library.
  • Prepare, prime and paint vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Apply a high-quality finish by buffing and denibbing vehicles.
  • Treat all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
  • Identify additional paint work required beyond initial quotes.
  • Report any damage or subpar repairs to the production manager.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Coach apprentices when necessary.
About You:
  • Trade qualified Automotive Refinisher with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Commitment to safe working practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Punctual, reliable and hardworking individual.
  • Owning necessary tools for the role.
