Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support across various customer touchpoints.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate proficiency in personal computer skills using the Windows operating system.
  • Experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrate an impeccable phone manner and ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel in organisation and time management skills and be flexible and adaptable to changing workload.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer support tools.
  • Full colour vision (no colour blindness).
