Recovery Focused Care Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a multidisciplinary team in the provision of recovery-focused care to individuals experiencing mental illness.

  • Provide case management support to clients aged 16-65 years.
  • Deliver high-quality, client-centered assessment and treatment that is evidence-based.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforce.
  • Opportunities for extended hours shifts on Tuesdays and Saturdays and alternating Thursdays.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2.
  • A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term support.
  • Consumer recovery-focused care with carers/families.
  • Knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and relevant legislation.
