Job Title: Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Operations Assistant. This position involves assisting with various tasks, including welding operations and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with welding operations using MIG welders and production jigs to produce high-quality welded components
  • Foster a culture of Quality, Efficiency, Safety, and Service throughout the organization
  • Perform daily tasks and projects as assigned by the factory supervisor or senior staff members
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
  • Good level of verbal English is required for effective communication
  • Able to follow work instructions and have a keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including day, morning, and shift work
