About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our outdoor maintenance crew. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing council-controlled roadsides.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and work with a supportive team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in roadside brushcutting & mowing.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • A White Card.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • The willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
