Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Finance Expert to play a crucial role in helping customers navigate finance options and find the right solution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their finance queries and providing expert advice
  • Screening and assessing customers' needs, creditworthiness, and affordability
  • Liaising between lenders and customers to manage approvals and declines
  • Offering additional products such as extended warranties and vehicle protection

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Expert, you will have a deep understanding of financial products and services, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your expertise will include:

  • Credit assessment and affordability checks
  • Lender communication and negotiation
  • Product offerings and promotions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in mortgage and finance broking)
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience working in inbound and outbound environments
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
