  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.

  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.

  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards is necessary.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes is required.
  • A strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues, is crucial.
  • Good coaching/training skills are essential for this role.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence are required.
  • A strong customer-centric approach to business is necessary.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance is mandatory.
