We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide legal guidance and support to our business partners, driving sustainable outcomes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, as well as providing expert advice on commercial and regulatory issues.
With a strong background in commercial law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, you will be an asset to our organization. Your expertise will enable us to make informed decisions, drive growth, and achieve our strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 6+ years' experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team
- Law degree with a current Australian practicing certificate
- Strong technical skills and broad grounding in commercial law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
