**Casual Bar Supervisor Role**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 20-30 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming experience for our guests.
Melbourne is the place to be, with a vibrant atmosphere and a diverse range of cultural experiences. Our restaurant is part of a world-class surfing destination, URBNSURF, and offers a menu that showcases the best of Victoria's farms, wineries, craft breweries, and artisan producers.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant as a Bar Supervisor, with a strong background in barista skills, wine and spirits knowledge, and the ability to make basic cocktails. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining stock levels and quality control
- Providing training to new staff members
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
