Cityfields is a brand-new restaurant development by the team at Half Acre, opening its doors in the newly built Social Quarter at Chadstone in early March

**What we are looking for**:

- Bar Supervisor's
- Bartenders

As a Bar Supervisor or Bartender you will be a key player in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests, serving an extensive range of beverages, and ensuring the efficient operation of our bar spaces.

**We are offering/renumeration**:
Full Time, Part Time, and Casual Work

Bar Supervisor: 62k + Super

Bartenders: $28.5 - $29.50

**Position Requirements**:
Bar Supervisor:

- Current Victorian RSA
- High level knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and beverage service techniques
- High level knowledge in beverage products (Wines, Cocktails, etc.)
- Experience in stock maintenance and ordering
- Prior experience working in a dispense or retail bar
- Experience running a Bar team and training staff
- Strong and engaging customer service skills
- Experience problem solving and working in high pressure environments.

Bartenders:

- Current Victorian RSA
- Basic knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and beverage service techniques
- Experience working in dispense or retail bars
- Engaging customer service skills
- Experience working in high pressure environments

Barbacks:

- Current Victorian RSA
- Experience working in high pressure environments
- Stock management experience
