This role will be based in Sydney, with regular interstate travel to WA and QLD to strengthen client relationships and ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to drive business growth across QLD, NSW, and WA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tendering for large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and workforce planning.
  • Regularly travel to WA and NSW to meet clients, oversee projects, and grow market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategy.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role within labour hire, recruitment, or civil construction.
  • A strong network within the civil construction industry is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to secure large-scale contracts.
  • Experience managing client relationships at a senior level, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
