Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced portfolio credit analytics, providing data-driven insights to inform policy recommendations for senior management.
  • Design, execute, and track champion/challenger collections strategies, ensuring high-quality credit analytics and board-level reporting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in credit risk, credit policy, or collections strategy, ideally within mortgage or secured lending.
  • Strong expertise in managing credit policy frameworks and interpreting portfolio performance data.
