Drive quality excellence by overseeing the implementation of robust problem-solving initiatives to address customer quality issues.

The Opportunity:

  • Oversight and implementation of global or hub quality and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Define and implement strategic actions to improve quality across the entire value chain, manage global quality processes, and drive quality-related certification activities.
  • Establish process performance indicators, ensure effective internal controls, and analyze indicators continuously to address deviations from expectations.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, deploying Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and methodologies across departments.
  • Manage high-profile nonconformities, monitor customer interventions, and protect customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice is represented within the local quality strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Embody safety and integrity in all aspects of work.

Your Background:

  • Engineering degree required.
  • Lean 6Sigma Green Belt or above certification (QLT.02.QCI).
  • Quality core tools experience, including 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • ISO certification and auditing, quality management systems, performance management, and analytics expertise.
  • Advanced English proficiency demonstrated.
