Warehouse Team Leader Job Description

The Warehouse Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising store warehouse activities, receiving goods from suppliers, unloading and storing safely, and maintaining accurate records and invoices.

In this capacity, you will also provide excellent customer service to customers picking up orders and participate in regular stocktakes. Additionally, you will be responsible for facility maintenance and layout, ensuring a safe work environment in the warehouse at all times.

  • Developing and Coaching: Coach and develop team members to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and safety requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide great customer service to customers picking up orders
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and invoices
  • Stocktake Participation: Participate in regular stocktakes
