The successful HR Business Partner engages with organisational leaders to develop people leadership capability and support the effective management of employment risks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on all aspects of Human Resources (HR) including workforce development, industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, employment life cycle, organisational development and change.
- Manage the deployment of internal and external resources to support business strategy and plans.
- Build strong partnerships and constructive relationships with senior leaders within client groups, establishing high levels of professional credibility.
- Audit a portfolio of human resources services/departments and develop policy/procedures to achieve specified outputs.

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who shares our passion for supporting our mission and delivering excellence in their role.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following key skills and experiences:
- Minimum of 4 to 10 years' experience providing expert competence in HR Business Partnering or a related role.
- Significant relevant experience as a generalist business partner with strong Employee/Industrial Relations experience in fast-paced, changing environments in large, diverse and complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Demonstrated experience in effective conflict resolution and grievance management through mediation and conciliation.
