About the Role:

  2. The consultant is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and maintaining clinical services within the department to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal resource utilization.">
  3. They adhere to hospital policies, guidelines, plans, and programs.">
  4. Perform all duties assigned as a consultant physician.">
  5. Assume responsibility for patients under medical care in the assigned unit.">
  6. Conduct rounds, supervise inpatient treatment, and screen and examine outpatients.">
  7. Supervise medical staff within the unit and report activities to the department head or chairman.">
  8. Participate in committees aimed at upgrading services and organizing work within and outside the hospital.">
  9. Contribute to planning and implementing departmental development and staff training programs.">
  10. Engage in medical education and research activities.">
  11. Perform interventions relevant to the specialization.">
  12. Participate in health education programs, including orientation and scientific presentations.">
  13. Share in scheduling on-call duties and providing on-call services.">
  14. Assess and update drug, medical supply, and equipment needs.">
