Job Overview

The Mobile Lending Manager role at our bank involves providing exceptional customer service to everyday Australians in their pursuit of homeownership.


This position requires a high degree of flexibility and independence, as you will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers when it comes to applying for a home loan or other banking products.


Your goal will be to ensure that the entire experience – from application through to settlement – is as simple and rewarding as possible. This includes supporting customers with other banking products that can enhance their overall experience, helping to build long-lasting relationships that extend beyond the initial transaction.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the lending process.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies, leveraging market research and networking to generate new business opportunities from the ground up.
  • Ensure that all customers are provided with clear and concise information regarding their lending options, enabling them to make informed decisions about their financial future.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in generating referrals and building relationships with external partners.
  • Extensive experience working in a customer-facing organization, particularly in lending, with a solid pipeline of home lending contacts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivation and ambition, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our team.
  • Multilingual applicants are highly desirable, but not essential.
