Job Overview

Ambitious and detail-oriented individuals are invited to join our dynamic team as a Stock Operations Manager.

As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless stock operations, from administration to inventory control. Your primary objective will be to maximise sales by ensuring efficient stock replenishment, organisation, and distribution.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of stock management, including administration, inventory control, and stock room maintenance. You will also play a crucial role in implementing strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in stock management or a related field, and be familiar with inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and reports.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement effective stock replenishment strategies to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
