Stock Control Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Stock Control professional to lead our store and offsite stock operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and controlling stock processes within a retail environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage and control the entire stock lifecycle, from receiving to stocking and displaying products
  • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of stock and efficient delivery of goods
  • Lead and train a team of Stock Team Members to ensure seamless execution of stock-related tasks
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain transparency across all stock-related processes

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and controlling the entire stock lifecycle, including receipt, storage, stocking, and displaying products
  2. Developing and implementing effective stock management strategies to minimize loss and maximize sales
  3. Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of stock and efficient delivery of goods
  4. Leading and training a team of Stock Team Members to ensure seamless execution of stock-related tasks
  5. Collaborating with the leadership team to maintain transparency across all stock-related processes
