Electrical Distribution Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Distribution Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical distribution projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and significant experience in electrical distribution project management, including design, installation and commissioning of electrical distribution systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets
• Leading and managing project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and internal teams
• Managing risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies as required
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams as needed

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Significant experience in electrical distribution project management, including design, installation and commissioning of electrical distribution systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets
• Experience with risk management and issue resolution
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
