**Job Overview**

Our organization seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead the Surgical Business unit. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and involves profit and loss responsibility, supply chain management, and input into sales and marketing strategies.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

A successful candidate should have relevant tertiary qualifications in science and business, preferably. They should also have prior experience as a Business Unit Manager or equivalent within the Medical Device industry, with a strong background in Surgical products. The ideal candidate will possess people management skills, be energetic and passionate, flexible, and ambitious.
