Job Description:
As a Quality Architect, you will own and drive the quality vision for our next-generation cloud-native payroll product. You will lead a tight team of three, embedding quality from strategy through to release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
- Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering — influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
- Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
- Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
- Brilliant communication skills — you can engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers effortlessly.
- A mindset that sees obstacles as opportunities to raise the bar.
