Your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing root cause analysis on critical failures and implementing action items
* Supporting the implementation of capital projects
* Demonstrating safety-first leadership and ensuring reliability and maintainability of equipment
* Planning and managing maintenance work with production to minimize disruption and downtime
* Conducting root cause analysis and investigations of safety incidents, environmental incidents, and breakdowns
* Periodically reviewing parts holdings and assessing critical assets to mitigate business risk

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector
* Good communication skills, from shop floor to leadership team
* Demonstrated ability in managing a preventative maintenance schedule
* Proven ability to problem solve for emergency maintenance and repair

Qualifications: Trade qualified fitter C10 or higher
