We are a full-service oncology CRO specializing in radiopharmaceutical development, helping pharma and biotech companies accelerate drug development and bridge the translational gap.

To support our growing team, we're seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our CRO division. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, drive strategic growth initiatives, and secure new clinical research opportunities through consultative sales.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience navigating complex client organizations. Key to success is developing outstanding relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, managing a pipeline from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Cultivate existing accounts by identifying unmet client needs and proposing solutions.
  • Maintain high visibility and regular contact with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate future needs.

Frequent domestic and international travel is required, with potential remote work flexibility dependent on base location.
