Job Title: Autonomous Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Autonomous Maintenance Specialist. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and driving efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain autonomous operating systems on our fleet of autonomous drills and semi-autonomous dozers.
  • Equipment Service: Perform regular service and repairs on base machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Site Support: Respond promptly to autonomous and network equipment breakdowns on site, providing timely support to maintain business continuity.
  • Trailer Maintenance: Monitor, position, and maintain communication trailers to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange.
  • Tech Support: Access technical information via manuals, bulletins, OEM, and computer systems to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Safety First: Work safely and in compliance with our Site Safety Health and Management System, maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to maximize equipment availability and optimize performance.
About You:
  • A trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant, Electrical, Auto Electrical, or as a Communication Technician is required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mining maintenance is essential.
  • You should have a collaborative approach and ability to work independently, with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • A strong safety-first mindset and proven track record of compliance are mandatory.
  • Desirable experience with Autonomous Haulage, Drill, or Dozer systems, CAT Terrain, Mine 4D, and Repeater trailer systems would be beneficial.
