Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The Opportunity:
You will engage with customers on-site to provide support through inspections, maintenance, and servicing of products.
Ensure products are functioning optimally and meeting safety and reliability standards.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic work environments, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and have experience testing, tagging, lifting, and rigging equipment.
About the Role:
- Support on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment
- Inspect and install height safety systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on quality products
- Commit to personal and business safety
- Liaise with customers on their sites
About You:
- Techincal service experience in manufacturing preferred
- Customer focus and relationship development
- Ability to work in physically demanding roles
- Clear communication skills
- Autonomous work with mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Relevant licenses including Dogging and Working at heights desirable
This is a full-time opportunity based at Acacia Ridge, with some travel required to customer sites in Southeastern QLD.
