Leadership Opportunity: Regionally Oversee Supported Employment Services

About The Role:

The successful candidate will oversee supported employment services and commercial operations within their designated region. They will lead high-performing teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.

This role involves managing contract compliance, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, and service delivery outcomes. The individual will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while promoting person-centred practice and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inclusive employment programs across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding frameworks and contractual obligations
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of sales and operational budgets
  • Represent the organization at government and industry forums
  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in disability, supported employment, or commercial operations
  • Knowledge of disability employment standards and safeguarding frameworks
  • Ability to coach and support individuals with disability, including those with complex behaviours
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and risk management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are advantageous
