Job Title: Crew Controller

This is a shift-based position that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the operational integrity of the airline.

  • Manage and maintain crew rosters, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Provide timely disruption management solutions, balancing cost, customer outcomes, and compliance.
  • Construct and maintain crew pairings and rosters to ensure operational requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with crew Enterprise Agreements, regulatory rules, and Fatigue Risk Management Standards.
  2. Manage disruption events by implementing effective recovery plans.
  3. Construct and maintain crew pairings and rosters to meet operational requirements.
  4. Solve complex operational issues while working under pressure.
  5. Communicate effectively with crew members, Operations Control, and other stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  7. Adhere to all safety and security regulations in line with the corporate safety manual.

Work arrangements include a 5-day on, 4-day off roster with 10-hour shifts, potentially including overnight shifts. This role also provides opportunities for professional development and career growth within the airline's operations team.
