Member Operations Officer Job Opportunity

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member superannuation accounts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member superannuation accounts
  • Deliver timely and effective contributions and claims processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and written communication

This role requires a strong focus on customer service and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and reconcile member superannuation accounts in a timely manner
  2. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the processing of claims
  3. Communicate effectively with members via phone, email, or in writing to resolve any queries or concerns they may have
