Located on the picturesque Sunshine Coast, The Sebel Twin Waters Resort offers a tranquil setting amidst a stunning salt-water lagoon. As a full-time Building Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the property and building while working alongside our experienced on-site team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Grupo Mantra as we seek an experienced professional to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our rooms, facilities, and common areas. You will be responsible for supervising contractors and trades, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving positive business outcomes.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with previous experience in maintenance management and facilities management. Your strong administration and maintenance skills, combined with your ability to work effectively in a team environment, will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs, minimizing downtime and disruptions
  • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of our assets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including body corporates and external partners
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
