Business Operations Executive

In this critical role, you will oversee the operational and administrative aspects of one or more government services projects. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, adept at navigating project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless 24x7 functioning of mission-critical environments.
  • Institute organizational structure, define departmental responsibilities, and form positive working relationships between internal functional areas.
  • Coordinate and streamline operational processes, procedures, and reporting across multiple sites.
  • Sustain and enhance client relationships through consistent communication and provide updates on company initiatives.
  • Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce to carry out the functions outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Responsible for community support during Contractor personnel change, interfacing with Contractors, and delivery of all site-specific contract requirements.
  • Establish procedures, develop, and implement programs for Mission critical and increase efficiencies.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Contracting Officer's Representative (COTR) or Government Project Officer's Contact (GPOC) for facilities-related work.
  • Manage Work Orders, including resource management and interfacing with customer representatives.
  • Adhere to contractual terms to prevent revenue loss and maximize financial outcomes.
  • Systematically manage risks by conducting regular evaluations and pinpointing substantial business risks.
  • Anticipate future client needs and on-contract growth opportunities by conducting thorough onsite assessments and proposing comprehensive project strategies.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to assess client organizations, secure engagements, and guide transformation.
  • Advocate for a culture that prioritizes Quality and Safety throughout all program aspects.
  • Institute processes and protocols to track and report data accurately and promptly.
  • Embrace new challenges with inventive problem-solving and the enhancement or creation of procedures for optimized outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a decade of experience in business operations, including five years in a management capacity, and demonstrate exceptional skills in project oversight, interdepartmental coordination, and risk management.
