Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage project timelines and resources. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates, ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
  • Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

  • Must possess relevant security clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, management, engineering, or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with project management software, such as MS Project or similar.
  • Must have strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
