Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Care Administrator to join our team at Kooinda Workbase Child Care Centre in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a collaborative approach, strong administrative and organisational abilities, and the capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the centre management team
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including payroll, rostering, and enrolment processing
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, children, and families through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Participating in the planning and implementation of centre programs and activities
