Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence?

We are looking for a Performance Improvement Specialist to join our growing team, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to projects that shape the future of our operations.

As a key member of our Performance Improvement Team, you will work collaboratively and innovatively to develop best practice claims management strategies that drive improved business performance. You will assist in translating business plans into action plans, monitoring and reviewing progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and adapt to change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in aligning processes to drive efficient results and meet corporate objectives.

  • Translate business plans into action plans, monitoring and reviewing progress through to completion.

  • Identify, analyse, and improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new opportunities for profit and performance growth.

  • Re-engineer processes to reduce cost and cycle time, improving quality of production and service.

  • Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to drive business performance gains.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Familiarity with governing standards of practice.

  • Experience with Agent remuneration drivers.

  • Proficiency in GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting, and other scheme systems.

  • Excellent communication and self-management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and think creatively.
