About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Officer to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful support, governance, and execution of our programs.

Job Description:

The Program Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support (such as scheduling, SharePoint management and documentation generation) and travel support across several programs. You will work closely with both the Senior Program Manager – Space, Cyber and Information Systems as well as individual Program Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

You will also support with the coordination of risks across programs and projects, liaising with specialist stakeholders to ensure that the risks and treatment requirements are appropriately recorded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across the business to support the operationalisation and administration of compliance to travel both domestic and international.
  • Assisting teams in the preparation of required documentation to support finance, procurement and travel ensuring completeness and maintenance of appropriate records as required.
  • Support Risk Management requirements across programs, including the recording and updating of Risk Management databases and treatment plans.
  • Support meeting engagements, including scheduling, documentation preparation and meeting outcome correspondence.
  • Update and maintain program records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Experience with travel bookings and overseas travel requirements
  • Experience with risk management
  • Good listening skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in governance and compliance of programs of work
  • NV1 Security clearance
