We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our Home and Community operations in Victoria. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven leader with a proven track record in disability services to shape and deliver life-changing services that empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
As Lead Disability Services Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, ensuring seamless program operation, high-performing teams, and exceptional outcomes for customers and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in disability services, a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, and extensive experience successfully managing site-based services in Disability within Community services and SIL environments.
You will be responsible for overseeing and training team members to meet individual customer needs, building and retaining a high-performing, compliant workforce committed to social inclusion and aligned with organisational values, and driving customer satisfaction through innovative engagement strategies.

- Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
- Extensive experience successfully managing site-based services in Disability within Community services and SIL environments.
- Proven track record in setting up and managing services, navigating complex operational challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.
