We are now looking for Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join the team in a full-time permanent role in Tweed Heads.

- Someone who will engage with 100% of our customers, offering them 100% of our products, 100% of the time
- A passion for knowing everything about our products and talking about/selling them
- An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (both with customers and staff)
- Consistency in following the same process every time
- Strong paperwork and administration skills using available IT systems
- Self-driven and action-oriented to get the job done in a fast-paced, professional, and enjoyable workplace
- Excellent team engagement to achieve a common goal
- Focus on providing the Ultimate Customer Experience
- Previous Finance and Insurance sales experience is essential

What the role entails:

- Meeting with all customers to discuss and sell finance and/or insurance from the dealership's own supplier, including Branded Finance, insurance, and GFV products
- Assisting New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations as needed
- Ensuring sales and profit objectives for Finance and Insurance are met or exceeded
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the range of finance and insurance products
- Prospecting for potential additional sales
