About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our boutique to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture where the customer experience is at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall profitability of the boutique, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your team's development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
  • Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
  • Create an environment that upholds our company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with our brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures are put in place to overcome.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who has a minimum of 2 years management experience and a strong background in the bridal industry or high-end fashion. You will have experience in leading a team to achieve sales & KPI targets, strong business acumen, and the ability to make business-driven decisions. You will also have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong understanding of people management, and excellent communication skills.
