We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in a Recruitment Resourcer role.

As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate databases, and assisting with recruitment campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Our ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills, with intermediate to advanced levels preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns and building talent pipelines
  • Preparing reports and providing administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Supporting compliance and onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing responses
  • General office and administrative duties

Flexible Work Arrangements Available:

Workload: Immediate start available, perm part-time approximately 20-25 hours per week. Location: Office based - preferably spread across 5 days. Hours: Flexible, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
