Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is responsible for the implementation of projects within our EPC business unit, providing expert technical advice on mechanical design from inception through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Mechanical project design team to carry out multiple projects
  • Provide technical advice on mechanical design, including preparation of design and detailed output documents
  • Responsible for the detail design of all mechanical systems and sub-systems
  • Support tender processes and provide basic estimate support
  • Procurement of materials and equipment
  • Customer, contractor and supplier liaison
  • Support testing and commissioning activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering
  • Senior/Principal level of mechanical engineering experience with CPEng certification
  • Mid to Senior level 5+ yrs experience in industrial, heavy industry, power generation or similar field
  • Natural initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drivers License
